About Radio Munot
Radio Munot started its operations on November 25, 1983. From the beginning until the end of 2009, the station took over Radio DRS’ national news coverage. The cooperation ended after 26 years for “strategic reasons.” This program is aired using a transmitter and four converters. Radio Munot transmits for the Schaffhausen area. The service region encompasses the entire canton of Schaffhausen, Thurgau, and Zurich cantons, as well as portions of the German districts Waldshut, Schwarzwald-Baar, and consistency. Radio Munot’s studio is located in the ancient town of Schaffhausen.
Radio Munot is the station for the Schaffhausen region. The transmission area includes the entire canton of Schaffhausen, parts of the cantons of Thurgau and Zurich as well as parts of the German districts of Waldshut, Schwarzwald-Baar and Konstanz. Radio Munot's studio is located in the old town of Schaffhausen.
