Welcome to Thaalam Media, a pioneering organization with a 20-year history in media operations. Since our beginning in 2002 in Sri Lanka, we have established a strong presence in the media landscape and expanded beyond broadcasting. Thaalam Media has successfully organized over 190 events with renowned cinema and TV stars.
For 40 years, Thaalam Swiss has fulfilled the Tamil diaspora's need for a radio station in their own tongue, sparking a music revolution. Thaalam, broadcasting in high-definition DAB, captivates 80% of the youth audience despite the abundance of entertainment alternatives available. Thaalam, a pioneer in Tamil media, has achieved tremendous progress in Switzerland's stunning surroundings. Thaalam FM is Switzerland's first and only Tamil radio station, broadcasting utilizing modern Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) technology. Thaalam is Switzerland's official radio station, covering all 26 cantons.
