About Radio Lune
LuNe is presently the sole radio station in euchâteloise. It has been ten years. It was built for amusement, to participate in the plurality of a regional monopoly, and to promote culture. It does not touch a cent of revenue (Billag), has received no subsidies to date, and exists solely on advertising. The program’s growth, the preparation of young and elderly for professions in radio, equipment renewal, and the use of new broadcasting technologies necessitate extra resources.
Radio Lune is the only radio station in the euchâteloise region. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, it was established to promote diversity in a region dominated by a single radio network and to foster cultural growth. Despite not receiving any subsidies or license fees (Billag), Radio Lune operates solely on advertising revenue. As the station evolves its programming, trains both young and old for careers in radio, upgrades equipment, and adopts new broadcasting technologies, it requires additional resources to continue its mission of serving the community and promoting local culture.
